Nicole Belica, RYT 200, RPTY
Nicole is passionate about supporting yoga practitioners through asana, pranayama and mediation. By creating a safe and open space to practice, Nicole hopes that individuals are able to discover the skills and tools they need to navigate and manage everything that life has to offer with some joy and peace.
Lindsey Ebinger, CYT, CPYT
Lindsey believes yoga is accessible to all bodies. For her students, she illuminates a practice that meets a body where it is now, be it injured, curvy, or pregnant/postpartum, while also honoring where it’s been.
Jeni is inspired by her own children to share a balance of calmness, strength and flexibility for those entering the newfound world of motherhood. She works with private clients, as well as teaching at various Chicago studio's. Jeni is in the process of completing her postpartum doula training to support families with special needs babies.

Halle is a versatile, experienced yoga teacher with certifications in vinyasa, Sivananda, and pre-natal yoga. Her classes and private instruction are playful and spacious, with attention to the subtle body and breath. She is inspired by the opportunity to be of service to her students during their pregnancies and big life transitions. She is also a trained birth doula, and is honored to be an instrument of support to women in her community.
Carrie believes yoga is a healing tool that connects our mind, body, and spirit. She strives to create a safe space where students can deepen their practice and is very excited to guide others through the yoga journey. She loves to empower, support, and connect women through yoga.

Bailey is a certified prenatal yoga teacher who completed her training with The Amala School of Prenatal Yoga. Understanding how the practice of yoga can aide during and after pregnancy, she helps women adjust to their changing bodies while supporting a safe environment. In addition to teaching pre and postnatal yoga, Bailey teaches Hatha and Vinyasa flow.

Rachel has been practicing yoga since 2006, always with an interest in utilizing yoga to work therapeutically with Women's Health. Today, Rachel leads group classes, private sessions, corporate events and workshops in and around the Chicagoland Western Suburbs. Her focus is to promote proper structural alignment while students move deeper into their practice, at their own pace.

Sonia is a certified prenatal yoga teacher who completed her training with The Amala School of Prenatal Yoga in 2014. She understands the importance of yoga and how it can aide during and after pregnancy, and especially during the birthing process. She helps women prepare for and adjust to their physical, spiritual and emotional changes, while supporting a safe environment. Beverly has been practicing yoga for more than 15 years (including through her two pregnancies). As a mother, she continues to benefit from the peace yoga practice brings in all forms—asana, pranayama, and meditation. She takes great joy in sharing those benefits with other parents, especially new moms.
Celeste Holly, RYT-200, RPYT
Celeste is a trained RYT 200 Yoga Instructor and a certified prenatal instructor having completed her 85 hour prenatal training with the Amala School of Prenatal Yoga . She is offering prenatal yoga twice a week at Sutras. Each 75 minute class explores a theme such as alleviating low back pain, self-care, peaceful sleep, reducing swelling and preparing for birth. Celeste also teaches Vinyasa yoga as an independent teacher at area yoga studios and private facilities.

Aggie is passionate about supporting women through yoga over the course of our lives. Also trained as a yoga therapist, she works with women one-on-one and in groups. Aggie is blessed to have studied with Gary Kraftsow, Robin Rothenberg, Richard Miller, Lela Beem, and Cassie Rodgers. In addition to her therapeutic work, she teaches on the Yoga of writing and creativity and is a ardent gardener. She incorporates her love of art, creativity, and the natural world into all levels of her work with individuals and groups.

Lindsey completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training certification at Moksha Yoga Center in Chicago, Illinois as well as her pre- and post-natal yoga certification through the Amala School of Prenatal Yoga. She is also certified in restorative yoga certification through The Yapana Way. Lindsey’s teaching is greatly influenced by traditional hatha yoga, vinyasa flow, power yoga and restorative styles of yoga. Lindsey likes to create classes that challenge students to use their bodies, breath and minds to strengthen, focus and ground themselves in the present moment.
Emily Rose MA, R-DMT, RYT-200, RPYT
Emily is a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher and completed her training through the Amala School of Prenatal Yoga in 2014. It is her hope to empower women in this transitional stage of life to confidently discover their intuitive wisdom. Ultimately, Emily loves guiding students in a safe space to move, release, and indulge while connecting to body and heart. In addition to teaching Prenatal, Emily enjoys teaching Restorative, Hatha, and Vinyasa.

Gladys completed the 200-hour yoga teacher training certification at Moksha Yoga Center in 2014, as well as her prenatal yoga certification through the Amala School of Prenatal Yoga. Gladys’s teaching focuses in promoting proper alignment to help alleviate and prevent aches and pains during pregnancy, and to prepare and empower women through different yoga tools for labor and postpartum. Gladys also teaches vinyasa yoga as a private instructor and at multiple yoga studios in Mexico City.
